I genuinely believe this to be the single worst app ever made by an actual major company. Like an actual team of people was paid and hired to make this, multiple people across multiple departments looked at this abomination, and then approved it.. so in short, the app crashes, if you click to view an item and want to go back, they just teleport you back to their home page and you're not allowed to pick up where you left off, you can't view the item page by clicking on the item in your cart etc..

Absolutely terrible app. The Al Nasser app is one of the worst shopping apps I have ever used. It is slow, full of bugs, crashes frequently, and the overall experience is frustrating. It honestly feels like the app was developed without proper testing. Al Nasser seriously needs to replace the current app development team and bring in professionals who can actually build and maintain a reliable shopping app. A company of this size should not have an app this poorly designed and badly maintained.

Assalamualaikum Al Nasser,i am a regular customers of u.this time i need some items of al nasser,but i can't buy ur disgusting and wrong system.... I want to pay via cash on delivery, but there is no method about cash on delivery. I don’t' have Bank account and also credit card. Can u adding a cash on delivery option.?It's very useful for me and others.pls help me for buy a al nassar products. I love Al nasseer very much...I am very much fan of al nasseer. Al Nasser please add cash on deliver.
