Edit: I don't know why you responded like if it was a lockdown related issue, you've had this problem since the beginning, before covid19 ever existed, and I think you already aware of it!! -1star because you ignored the issue. Original post: You can only order from restaurants within 5-6 km of your location. So if you live in eastern Karada for example, you can't see restaurants in Yarmouk or Mansour, and vice versa. That's why I just call the restaurants directly, and rarely use this app.

Their delivery staffs are good ,delivery cost is good and customers service are good,the reasons I rated it 3 cause it's exclusive on some little km around your area ,and that's kill the delivery purpose ,if it's not far I can go myself and get it Update: now they narrowed the delivery area even more ,so I'll rate them even less ,what a useless app

المفروض يغيرون اسم التطبيق الى عالبطيئ خدمة سيئة جدا نفس السائق يوصل اكثر من طلب و تاخير كبير جدا لا انصح به ابدا راح احول الى تطبيق طلبات و خلي نشوف الخدمة بلكي احسن They should change the app's name to "Slow Service" – it's very bad. The same driver delivers multiple orders, causing significant delays. I do not recommend it at all. I will switch to the Talabat app and see if the service is any better.
