When there is an offer in the app Most of the stores r closed !!! Or don't deliver !!! When i order they just canceled my order without an excuse !! I hope u just solve this problems and everything will be great ✧✧ Cause ur deliver stuff so good Ur customer services amazing and the cost of all stuffs r awesome...💜

Their delivery staffs are good ,delivery cost is good and customers service are good,the reasons I rated it 3 cause it's exclusive on some little km around your area ,and that's kill the delivery purpose ,if it's not far I can go myself and get it Update: now they narrowed the delivery area even more ,so I'll rate them even less ,what a useless app

Edit: I don't know why you responded like if it was a lockdown related issue, you've had this problem since the beginning, before covid19 ever existed, and I think you already aware of it!! -1star because you ignored the issue. Original post: You can only order from restaurants within 5-6 km of your location. So if you live in eastern Karada for example, you can't see restaurants in Yarmouk or Mansour, and vice versa. That's why I just call the restaurants directly, and rarely use this app.
