This game is a fun little RPG. It consists of a series of judgment calls and tactical space battles on a hex grid. The pacing and game play reminds me of a game called FTL, but this story is so very engaging. Even when the gameplay feels a little repetitive I keep picking it back up to hear more about the Sci fi story. Even though the story is not a spectacular story, the atmosphere, graphics and gameplay come together very well and makes me feel invested.

I am really enjoying this little space opera. The story is interesting and slowly unfolds over time, and the resource management issues and battles are interesting and just the right amount of difficult for me on the Normal setting. I agree with other reviewers who said that some parts can get repetitive, especially if you keep dying at a certain point and have to redo a large segment. Overall, I recommend it if you like strategy games.

Fantastic FTL-like. Engaging story, interesting missions. Really wears its inspirations on its sleeve in the best possible way. Just completed first chapter and it was fun. The combat is not the best in my opinion, but I'm not too big a fan of grid tactics games, so that might just be me. Again, the story is really engaging!
