* Flashlight: Allows the Amazon app to turn on the flashlight. You can use the flashlight to find products with the camera feature even in low-light or dark conditions.

Ratings and reviews

What is going on while at checkout? I add from save for later and automatically sends me to the purchase, the default card and address changes and is as NOT easy as before to change / update. The app has gotten slower especially with viewing the pictures...what the heck is going on. And why does the orders page keep refreshing every time after selecting an item? I can't add photos to product reviews...so much for trying to help out other users/shoppers. Very frustrating.

It would be great if they could get some competent developers. This app is a joke if you have a default address and a default payment setup as soon as you use another address it changes to the other address even though when you go back in it still shows the original one is default. Have had to uninstall and reinstall and it still happens of course you can't get a full day many for customer support none of them speak English and all they can do is read off a script.

Amazon app is really bad these days. The user interface is super slow and crashes. They're so bogged down by Chinese rip off goods that you can't find what you're looking for, even when you search for it by name. I was just on the phone for like half an hour with their their customer service because I can't get the app to stop shipping to the wrong address. The app is super buggy. They're shipping is fast... But everything else is really bad. Expect to be frustrated.
