Horrific App. sadly it's bad enough to cause me to switch streaming platforms. the UI is inconsistent - sometimes you can like songs, sometimes save them to favourites, and sometimes neither. it will often just skip songs in playlists then start playing something random, and will limit the items on screen to 7 or 8, even when passenger acess is on. it's a shame because the audio selection and quality is great, but the app for Cadillac/GM Android Automotive OS is so bad it makes it near unusable.

Trying to use this in a Volvo. I have the premium subscription with lots invested for home use. In the car though, this app is next to useless. It doesn't want to play any of my personal playlists, even though they are visible and can be clicked from my library. I can still play albums and songs from "Recent", but it's very disappointing that I can't play playlists. Amazon... FIX THIS, PLEASE! more and more people will use these in-car app ecosystems and right now this app is not showing well.

Running (debateable term) in my Volvo V60 Cross Country with the Bowers and Wilkins sound system - it's next to useless. Stops mid track on music and sometimes won't even load the podcast lists. Jumping into Spotify (irony) then back again sometimes fixed the issue, but since the November 'update' this is a less reliable 'fix'. And why should I need to?! I've pretty much stopped using the app and primarily use Spotify which is a shame as the sound isn't as good but hey, it works!
