HOW IT WORKS
When a FEMA AMBER Alert, Silver Alert, or other IPAWS emergency fires, Amber's Angels notifies enrolled volunteers in the affected area. Volunteers use dashboard-mounted smartphones or FAA-licensed drones to scan for the suspect vehicle. Our AI identifies vehicles by license plate, make, model, color, and body type. Every detection is reviewed by a human coordinator before reaching law enforcement. The app is dormant between active alerts.

• Mount your phone on your dashboard and contribute ground coverage on your normal route
• FAA-licensed drone pilots can contribute aerial coverage via Join Swarm
• See your sector on the live mission map
• Frames deleted immediately after AI processing — innocent frames are never stored

JOIN SWARM
Drone pilots can power on their drone from home, tap Join Swarm, and allow a coordinator to direct their drone to coverage gaps. BVLOS waiver holders get full range. Standard Part 107 pilots are automatically geofenced to visual line of sight. Certification limits enforced in software.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN
• Dormant between active government-issued alerts
• Innocent frames deleted immediately after processing
• No video archive, no footage stored
• No database of vehicle movements or citizen locations
• No data marketing or sharing outside active law enforcement cases
• Watchlist populated exclusively from official FEMA IPAWS data

FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
Provided at zero cost. No infrastructure investment, integration work, or budget commitment required. Currently piloting with the Carrollton Police Department in Georgia.
