This app is legitimately awful. It fails to message in a timely fashion repeatedly, sometimes send prior messages 2-3 hours later when coverage is good. it fails to find known recipients. It does not allow photos as attachments. No way to create quick templates. No way to attach Patient info. It changes availability status independently at times, turning on overnight, turning off and back on on its own randomly. Awful.

I'm getting my pages, so it is ok. One of the issues I have, which several other users have mentioned, is the ringer volume set to max once a page is received. If you don't remember to turn this back down, get ready for one unexpected scary Booo! I have an android phone now, but I do not recall this issue when I had an iphone. If not for work, I wouldn't have used this app!

In my experience, does not seem to work very well on an Android Samsung XCover Pro. Get notifications when I have a message but can't pull up the message in "Messages" to read it...until I sign back into the app I've already been signed in to. Have to continually sign in to the app as a refresher of sorts to get a message to show in "Messages" then only able to read it once as it disappears if I navigate away from the page and go back. This did not happen on an iPhone.

What’s new

- Added chat enhancements, including UI updates, the ability to set the priority of a message, priority indicators within the inbox and PDF attachments. Users can also now create a group chat, with the ability to see all members of the group and read receipts.
