I have used this app When? It first came out and it was a great app. I could write my loved ones as many times as I wanted. During the month when it started changing to adding pictures and having to pay to write your family members. So for you. Get one a month free. I am having issues with it. Not wanting to let me message. Anything can't even type one letter. Without it freezing up I've tried to get in touch with customer service about it and nobody gets back with me.

Well I bought credits for bucks county correctional facility and they no longer accept incoming mail. I asked for my money back.. but all sales are final not to mention it would have taken 3 weeks to get there. I hope they fixed this so the next person doesn't pay for the same facility.. and just saying all the money I pay for everything else the crazy fees and all you'd think maybe you'd give me my 6$ back and that 6$ MATTERS! SO THANKS FOR THE INCONVENIENCE!

Since the Sep 2023 update, the software has been unable to view all my albums. The BROWSE option for pictures seems to be gone. The software also does not like any back steps nor saves any drafts. If you hop back to the previous screen, all text will be lost. The letter cost is very resonable. Still, I use it but would probably switch if I find a better app.
