Ratings and reviews

Every time I go to the app there is a pop-up which says "new app version available" even though I have the most latest version of the app installed. I tried deleting the cache. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to say the same thing. Please fix it because this is annoying. This message keeps popping up while using the app!

The app is pretty basic and ok BUT when I met with my doctor we couldn't really hear each other. He had to call me because the app seemed like it wasn't using the speaker and more of like I was on a call. Edit 11/26/25 Now I can't log in using fingerprint and I'm pretty sure messages to Dr aren't going through. The volume has improved however.

Constantly glitches when I try to log in. I have tried typing in my password. But I am bounced to the email part of the log in page at least 4 times before I get into the app. For sick people, this is annoying. I did call support when I first had this problem. I have had a successful visit with the app. I'm not able to get in to a Dr office when I want to, so this is helpful. Just somebody please fix the log in bouncing problems.
