Ratings and reviews

Every time I go to the app there is a pop-up which says "new app version available" even though I have the most latest version of the app installed. I tried deleting the cache. I've even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it continues to say the same thing. Please fix it because this is annoying. This message keeps popping up while using the app!

EDIT: App is now unusable, the buttons to schedule are broken. One of the worst apps I have ever used. Extremely slow. Does not let you schedule psychiatrist spots beyond 1 month out. Has info messages that go off screen so they are unreadable. Super tiny pool of therapists. You can't search by therapist name or any other qualifiers other than date available/gender. If you move away from the app window or let it time out, it forces you to log out and completely restart the scheduling process.

Out of 10 visit attempts, 8 of them have resulted in technical issues (been on both their side and mine) and ended by the provider canceling my appointment all together, forcing me to reschedule the appointment with the hopes that maybe the next one will work. So frustrating! I'm highly disappointed that this is the app that my insurance prefers we use for telehealth. Do not recommend.
