Since the app's most recent update you can't open your digital insurance card. There is a bug with the mixer recent update and the app keeps crashing. I called their customer service and their system was also down. So much for always having access to your insurance digitally. I will be going back to the old fashioned route of keeping a paper copy on hand. Update: day 2 and the app is still crashing and I am unable to access my digital insurance card.

This app used to be SO easy to use! Now, it sends a code but if I'm trying to use my phone to pay and I have to leave the screen to get said code and come back, I'm taken to the login screen to start over and it's a never ending loop. Most companies have a code that can be captured from an incoming text without leaving the screen the code is needed for. I don't know what my freaking 😕 😐 😫 account number is, that's WHY I HAVE APPS!!! I'm doing well enough to remember passwords let alone...

I had issues with every step of the process of trying to create an account and login. The button to create an account wasn't working. I kept getting a "Forbidden- ID" page. Then, when I tried again several hours later, the button worked, but I had to repeatedly fill out the entry firelds, which failed every time, and after 3 attempts, I gave up when it took me back to the very first page.
