I only occasionally use Pulse, but in the past it's usually worked. Just tried it on a 7kW charger that doesn't take contactless, and the app just hangs - spinning circle on white screen forever. Had to give up and find somewhere else. I see the app was only updated a week ago, something's been broken. Rubbish quality control.

Useless app. Asks for charging point numbers that you need to read the charger's tiny stainless steel serial no. plate to find, choose the number of the unnumbered connectors. Then after plugging in and starting the charge, the app told me 5 minutes in that the charge couldn't be started, causing me to rush out of the supermarket to restart it only to find the car charging happily nevertheless. Out of five other apps, it's the least useful or intuitive charging app I've encountered.

I created an account and opted to try the subscription for a month. I was unable to use it, and every time I contacted customer support I was given the same response "the details you provided were flagged as incorrect, so please check these and correct them." My details were correct, but my account was still not activated, and kept calling the support, but I was told they cannot override the app and cannot see what caused the error. I ended up cancelling the subscription.
