Useless. Had pre-booked EV parking at the NEC, but you can't use a bank card on the small chargers (why do companies do this? Gridserve you can just use a contactless credit/debit card), so had to install this. It found the unit ok, but no way to actually start a charging session - think the app is meant to create a button to activate, but it wasn't there, and you couldn't do anything else. Tried more than one charger in case, and same both times. 1st and last time I'll be trying to use a BP

Deceitful. 4 chargers. 3 said 38p, 1 said 59p. Picked a 38p one, double checking the number. Charged 59p. Update: It gets better. I rang up to cancel on the 11/5 and was told they couldn't cancel my subscription (we won't talk about distance selling cool off law). I eventually gave up with that person and asked for someone useful to ring me back. They did, just under one month later, only to say they couldn't talk to me because I don't pass security

It works fairly well most of the time. Compared to the likes of PodPoint, which is generally cheaper with Tesco's for destination charging, starts the charge automatically and gives a 15-minute grace period to confirm the charge, there's some way yet to go. Pros +Network reliability has been improving +Most common for destination charging Cons -Customer service responsiveness could be better -App isn't the most reliable and can be a let down -Generallly not the cheapest rates
