App seems to work fine. On occasion the game you can play for points doesn't load. In response to other reviews, I also didn't see my free car wash when I loaded the app but was informed later that you have to be physically be there... it'll pick up your location and load the free car wash. Also, you cannot cancel your subscription from the app but have to send a message. I sent one the day before I was going to be billed, but it never canceled in time.

I have had multiple car wash membership around the area. Soapy Car wash (Libertyville) Dream Clean Car wash (Mundelein). The Mundelein location is OUTSTANDING!!! it cleans your vehicle very well. I have the top of the line car wash and the monthly subscription. The vacuums are great and they all work. The air hoses are awesome, they always have towels glass and dash cleaner. Big shout out to NR for helping me out and explaining everything to me!! very friendly and helpful!! thank you!!

I do not typically write reviews unless I'm more than extremely satisfied. I tried Driven Car wash in Mundelein for the first time today.I didn't buy the monthly membership at first.I went through the wash and went back to Alan and said I changed my mind.I want the monthly membership! It cleans amazingly.They offer high power vacuums, air hose at every vacuum to get in the crevices, free car mat washer, free spray,and use of micro fiber towels. Alan is awesome. Go see him and get your membership
