Very hard to connect the hearing aids, even after stopping and restarting them. Then, when connected, the app doesn't do much. Not worth the bother. What I would really like is an app that lets me hear sound from my phone. (I don't care about phone calls, but I would like to hear radio etc on my phone.

Very poor app. I had the new version installed in the Amplifon shop on Thursday. By Friday it had disconnected from my hearing aids and I now cannot re pair them. I have no streaming facility so cannot use the tinnitus white noise app which is essential for me. I have had nothing but trouble and do not need to be told that the app does not work well with Android phones as the excuse! Not worth 1 star!

App has some serious issues with connectivity. Once installed, it is quite an effort to connect, but did eventually. However, it seems that you can only connect ONCE, as next time it will fail- waiting waiting waiting... for hours ! Have to uninstall and then reinstall all over. Once in the App, it is very basic functionality, but OK doing what I needed. Shamefully poor for $10,000 pair of hearing aids. I bought a $250 pair off AliExpress, and the App is fabulous, without any of these problems.
