Very hard to connect the hearing aids, even after stopping and restarting them. Then, when connected, the app doesn't do much. Not worth the bother. What I would really like is an app that lets me hear sound from my phone. (I don't care about phone calls, but I would like to hear radio etc on my phone.

Cannot pair to the new app, tried various ways multiple times ! So very annoying as Christmas and New year which means a lot of socalizing, tried various ways to connect and have run out of ways to solve problem. Will try and install old app as this worked fine. May purchase from a different company next time as this is simply not acceptable !

spent over 4000 on my hearing aids for the benefit of being able to control the volume on my phone adjust the settings to indppr and outdoor for none of these features tp work at all. The "app" doesnt find my hearing aids 9/10 and then on the odd occassion it does it fails pairing. This is the second supposeldy better version of the app but i can not even connect my aids to it... have been back the the amilpon store and they have the same issue, save your money only purchase a level 3 aid
