About this app

The Amplifon app helps you adjust quickly and easily to using your hearing aids. It explains how to use all their capabilities, and it gives help and advice on how to wear, clean and maintain them. It is compatible with all Amplifon hearing aids that have Bluetooth® technology.

Ratings and reviews

I am having problems with a bug in this app. It works well for incoming calls. However, outgoing calls disconnect automatically after exactly 60 seconds, if my call has been answered by a telephone queuing system. The problem only happens, if the app is running and my phone has a Bluetooth connection to my hearing aids.

Will not connect reliably with Samsung Galaxy A33. Often the phone itself indicates an active Bluetooth connection, but the app is constantly trying to connect. On the occasions when there is a connection, the audio quality during phone calls is appalling with constant drop-outs lasting half a second or so. Amplifon really need a) to fix the many and various problems, and b) to train the shop staff to help customers, many of whom are unlikely to be very tech savvy.

Best hearing aids ever. Hooked up with Bluetooth to each other and my phone. Giving the user (me) the ability to tweak the settings to suit almost all my needs is fantastically useful. Only gripe... well two now. Sometimes, saving my custom settings doesn't always act as anticipated. And I've got a problem switching between music media streaming mode and standard setting.
