A pilot logbook that fills itself in from a photo. Log the leg before you leave the seat.
OOOIPilot is a pilot log book for working crews. Photograph the CDU, ACARS or FMS page showing your times, and the app reads the Out, Off, On and In times from that picture, along with the airports, tail number and flight number. Check what it read, then save.
To be clear about what this is: OOOIPilot does not connect to the aircraft and does not receive data from any avionics or datalink system. It reads a photograph you take.
HOW IT WORKS
Photograph the page. The scan runs on your device, so it works with no signal at the gate. The app then shows you exactly what it found so you can correct anything before it is saved. Nothing is written to your logbook until you approve it.
FOR EVERY KIND OF FLYING
Airline, regional, cargo, corporate and charter pilots use OOOIPilot as their everyday aviation logbook. If you are moving off a paper log book or a spreadsheet, import what you already have and carry on.
BUILT FOR THE LINE
Regional, cargo and small carrier flying means a lot of legs on short turns. Capture on the flight deck while the numbers are still on the screen, and stop rebuilding your month from memory and crew scheduling printouts.
YOUR LOGBOOK
Your flights are stored on your device and sync to your account when you are signed in. Scanning and logging work offline; syncing happens when you have a connection. Log legs by hand any time you prefer, edit anything after the fact, and see your totals without exporting to another tool. An account is required to save flights.
FREE, PERMANENTLY
No trial and no expiry. The free logbook includes:
- On-device OOOI scanning, with 100 scans included
- Unlimited flights, entered by hand or scanned
- FAA 61.57 day and night currency
- FAR 117 rolling 7, 28 and 365 day flight time totals
- Instant import from LogTen Pro, ForeFlight and MyFlightbook via CSV, tab-delimited text and HTML
- Exports including a printable PDF logbook, full CSV and JSON backup, and interchange files for LogTen, ForeFlight, Garmin Pilot and MyFlightbook
FULL ACCESS
An optional yearly subscription. The price is shown in Google Play before you buy. It adds:
- A cloud AI reader for photos the on-device pass finds hard to read
- Batch upload of several photos at once
- FAR 117 duty and rest awareness
- Advanced exports: FAA 8710-1, FAA IACRA, ATPL Qualification, AirlineApps.com and PilotCredentials.com
- A document wallet for passport, medical and certificate expiry dates, stored on your device
- Advanced map layers and priority support
GETTING BETTER EVERY MONTH
Every scan you choose to contribute teaches the reader to handle more flight deck layouts. Crew names and free text notes are never included, contributed images are deleted within 30 days, and you can turn contribution off at scan time or in Settings.
ACCESSIBILITY
- Works with TalkBack and VoiceOver screen readers
- Follows your system text size, to 200%
- Dark interface throughout
- Never uses color alone to carry meaning
- Meets WCAG AA contrast: 4.5:1 text, 3:1 controls
- Honors your Reduce Motion setting
- Every control reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring, on Chromebook and desktop
Google Play does not publish a per-feature accessibility label the way the App Store does, so this section is the equivalent statement. It matches the Accessibility Nutrition Label on the App Store exactly. Voice Control and captions are not claimed on either store.
Currency, flight time and duty figures are an awareness aid, not a compliance system. You remain responsible for your own records.
