AND/life will jump start your fitness goals! I've been using the app for several months and I love the focus on approximate portion sizes instead of counting calories. It's got lots of great workouts and it's a balanced, achieve plan. The one down side to me was the limited options for food tracking. That piece takes some getting used to but it wasn't difficult to learn. I recommend AND/life for anyone looking for an easy-to-use program to start feeling healthier and more in control.

This app is very helpful for my to keep track of my daily log. It holds me accountable for healthy habits. I really appreciate the short workout videos. I really enjoy using yoga and pilates. My only feedback would be minor tech glitches. When I'm on the dashboard it sometimes doesn't slide down to display the remainder of the dashboard.

Good content, but tech issues. On a few different nights, when i tried to log my diet, exercise, etc around midnight, i got errors. That's one of the better times of day for me to do it. Also the videos would pause a lot more than youtube videos. But i enjoyed the approach, the recipes, and tracking the info.
