Headunit Revived breathes new life into your Android tablet by transforming it into a fully functional Android Auto compatible headunit. Connect your phone via USB or wirelessly or use the app in self mode and enjoy a safer, smarter driving experience with access to navigation, music, and communication apps directly on your car's dashboard screen.
This project is an open-source revival of the original "Headunit" app by Mike Reidis, modernized with the latest technologies and a sleek Material 3 interface.

How to use:
1. Install Headunit Revived on your Android tablet/headunit.
2. USB: Connect your phone. Grant USB permissions and start Android Auto.
3. Wireless: Activate the Headunit Server in Android Auto developer settings on your phone, then start Self Mode in the app.
Requirements:
* Android 4.4+ (Tablet/Headunit)
* Android Auto installed on your phone
* A compatible USB OTG cable (for wired connection)
