For people looking to this app for better money management and access, the constant deduction delay, pay check deposits have made me stop using this app for my money management!!!! You can not count on them even to do the things they are supposed to do on time so why would you trust them with more of your money!!! The app crashes a lot and or will not let you log in.

Took two hours to get anywhere with an agent. Redundant back and forth with upwards of 15 minutes between responses to finally get to a long questionnaire. The entire process could have been reduced to form to fill out, where an agent wouldnt have been needed. I had wasted the better portion of my morning navigating this mess. Don't waste your time.

I am beyond frustrated at this app. It disconnected my card without a reason, wont let me reverify, but wont let me delete it to add a different one. I have money in savings I cannot access due to it, and ive spent 7. yes, SEVEN DAYS, trying to get assistance just for them to say "im stepping away for 45 minutes and will be back asap!" only to never get a message back. 7 days without once being able to confirm the issue with an advisor. I will not continue using after its solved.
