So far it has taken 3 days to barely talk to anyone on the app. No contact from them on Friday... no heads up if they were closed on Friday. It also logs you out constantly so if you are waiting for a response, good luck. Push notifications don't take you into the correct spot of the app if you're logged out too.

Probably the biggest disappointment I've ever had with a service. I was excited my work Amazon was offering it and Fidelity encouraged it as well. But after attempting to get assistance, they messaged maybe twice and never responded after I gave them the information they asked for. Consolidated Credit missed two appointment times and called 4 hours later. When I was unable to speak. What's the point of an appointment? Seems like Brightside is a referral service. And a bad one at that.

For people looking to this app for better money management and access, the constant deduction delay, pay check deposits have made me stop using this app for my money management!!!! You can not count on them even to do the things they are supposed to do on time so why would you trust them with more of your money!!! The app crashes a lot and or will not let you log in.
