Probably the biggest disappointment I've ever had with a service. I was excited my work Amazon was offering it and Fidelity encouraged it as well. But after attempting to get assistance, they messaged maybe twice and never responded after I gave them the information they asked for. Consolidated Credit missed two appointment times and called 4 hours later. When I was unable to speak. What's the point of an appointment? Seems like Brightside is a referral service. And a bad one at that.

For people looking to this app for better money management and access, the constant deduction delay, pay check deposits have made me stop using this app for my money management!!!! You can not count on them even to do the things they are supposed to do on time so why would you trust them with more of your money!!! The app crashes a lot and or will not let you log in.

This app is amazing. You get a dedicated advisor, a savings account with a nice apy. I can't however recommend their spending account. I have one and money dissappears for no reason and with no trace. I've had their spending account for not very long and money just vanishes.
