Ratings and reviews

App does not work at all. I cant even get passed entering the email on the login screen which is the only screen as you open the app. I get an "Alert" error and there are no options or support numbers posted on the screen to call or contact for help. the alert tells me to try again and the same message pops up. I have removed and reinstalled the app several times. this has been going on for two days.

About the only issue I have is when I try to log in and it is stuck in landscape mode, and the "log in" button is superimposed over the "forgot password" button and I can't log in without it taking me to the "forgot password" page. I love being able to see my sweet grandson! One other teensy suggestion would be an option to stay logged in or use biometrics rather than typing in the password each time <3

It is a great app to have! However, on Androids, once you sign in once, you can't sign in again without restarting your phone. Something about the landscape mode doesn't work. Also, it would be nice if the password actually saved (it gives you the option to save but it doesn't work), so you. Don't have to retype it every time.
