One day, the app suddenly 'stopped' working. It wasn't something I had expected, nor welcomed as I rely on this app for morning classes. However, now, it doesn't load, and when I tried troubleshooting — thus requiring new set-up procedure — it fails to register my number again and again, I can't even proceed to the interface anymore.

I booked a trip earlier today on your app and used my debit card as the payment method. One of your riders accepted it, tagged that they have arrived at my pick up location and then tagged that they have dropped me off when I didn't even see the rider. I was charged for a service that I didn't receive. That is straight up a scam! Your customer service department is so hard to reach as well. I tried to reach the phone line via the contact us page on your website but no one answers.

All the drivers asking to cancel and even doing arrive at the destination when in reality they are far from the pin location. They even complete the booking when I am not yet dropped to may destination. This is risking safety of passengers. Already uninstall the app.
