One day, the app suddenly 'stopped' working. It wasn't something I had expected, nor welcomed as I rely on this app for morning classes. However, now, it doesn't load, and when I tried troubleshooting — thus requiring new set-up procedure — it fails to register my number again and again, I can't even proceed to the interface anymore.

The scammer/rider made us wait for 10 minutes and did not respond to our messages or calls. They are forcing the customers to cancel their request if the route does not favor the rider. The app doesn't have an effective option to quickly report the scammer. Another bad experience recently. A rider accused of being "high" because I was exhausted from night shift work. The rider even refused to use the box. I already reported the issue via email, but I still haven't received any response.

I've been using this app for a long time but it has come to the point where i can no longer endure these jerk drivers. The thing is that I have to cancel other booking on other app because some angkas driver accepted and after waiting for the driver to arrive, they will cancel my booking. If you have plans to cancel midway, just don't accept the request. These drivers don't realize they are causing trouble to us clients since we have to rebook another and spend almost an hour waiting & canceled
