Ratings and reviews

Angkas has always been my go-to app whenever I want a convenient commute experience. The UI is polished, easy to navigate. The drivers I've encountered are friendly and accommodating. However, sometimes, there are troubles in location accuracy: as someone who is always ina hurry, pinning would be of great help only if it doesn't pin the wrong location. Manual location input could be a slight inconvenience to some.

The motorcar ive been using for 3 years has been the best experience. The riders are professional, and well trained with strict road discipline. They prioritize safety, event refusing to drive if your helmet isn't locked. I'd rate my experience 4.5 out of 5. The only downside is the discomfort of having a topbox when riding on the back, but otherwise, everything is perfect.

Angkas provides a user-friendly and reliable transportation service suitable for all ages. The interface is clear and direct, making it easy to book rides without any confusion. I've never experienced any issues with suspicious drivers, which enhances the sense of safety. While some drivers can be moody, it's understandable and doesn't impact the overall quality of service. One suggestion for improvement would be to offer more promotions or discounts for frequent customers.
