One day, the app suddenly 'stopped' working. It wasn't something I had expected, nor welcomed as I rely on this app for morning classes. However, now, it doesn't load, and when I tried troubleshooting — thus requiring new set-up procedure — it fails to register my number again and again, I can't even proceed to the interface anymore.

I usually book Angkas, whenever I need to travel quickly or when I’m in a rush. For Angcars,I really want to use it more often, but the problem is there are very few drivers accepting bookings, sometimes none at all. There are so many vouchers available, but the drivers are still picky, which is really frustrating. Some users genuinely want to save and make use of the platform, but the drivers’ refusal to accept trips because of locations or other reasons.

The app is good, friendly, and easy to use. Angkas is my preferred mode of transport, and I always give a generous tip to the driver. However, this past week I experienced issues when trying to place an order or booking. I saw many Angkas drivers in my area, but they were not accepting requests, and it always showed ‘no drivers available.’ Even though drivers were nearby without passengers, I kept waiting a long time for someone to pick up my booking. The waiting time was absolutely terrible.
