Didn't know I had to redeem the code until I checked my emails to see if my order had been confirmed, which it wasn't. So I checked my wowcher account to find out I need to download the app to redeem my purchases. I purchased 3 items expecting the items to be delivered together. All deliveries are separate, will take upto 2weeks for standard delivery, which cost me £14 nearly half of my total order cost. Deals are good, but with separate deliveries costing a bomb, it's not worth shopping here.

Bunch of cowboys - AVOID. Tried to buy a product - which never arrived. Asked for my money back if they could not provide the product. Refund was issued, minus their admin / booking fee. So take money for a product, don't provide the product, then provide a refund minus an admin fee - nice work if you can get it ! Not sure that's even legal. Cowboys - avoid !

I was forced to download this app in order to redeem a voucher that I had already paid for. There's no reason I couldn't have redeemed it on the website as "redeeming it" was literally just a link, and I'll be deleting it straight after and shan't use Wowcher again. They also don't email confirmation of your order. Edited to add: my name isn't Katherine. Great response, really feel the personalisation 🙄
