I like the app very much. I receive my mail with little to no problems. The syncing of email is flawless. The only problem I'm having is with the weather forecast not syncing with my location thereby displaying the wrong town that I live in. It's inconvenient to have to go into the weather settings and correct the zip code repeatedly. Seems to be a problem in all of my travels across Central Florida. Please fix the location issue. Please allow me to open the app into email and not news. Thanks.

I've had this account since 1998. I've never had any issues, and when I had questions, I easily found answers. AOL has made some adjustments over the years, but it's basically the same simple email service it's always been. If I were going to make any suggestions, it would be to not only "star" the emails you want to find easily, but also be able to categorize by color. Outlook had this feature, and it was awesome. Green for medical Yellow for family Etc.

This app keeps getting worse and worse. Deleted cache on install the app and reinstalled it, and still having issues with it. It's a gamble whether or not that app is going to load when I first click it. Lately I've had to close it and click it multiple times before it actually loads to the main screen so I can finally open up my emails.
