Ratings and reviews

Version 3.6.2 is still riddled with connection issues with Android. No better than the previous version. The Daytime Smartvibes seem to just kick off at set times and I have no idea how each vibe is selected. Wake up kicks off at your set wake time which you can't customize for each day of the week. Was hoping for a better experience with both connectivity and the Smartvibes.

I want to like this. The device has been helpful in managing anxiety and panic attacks, but the app is sooooooo unstable. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to get device to connect. Yes, I have the most recent update. Customer service is a joke. Same set of instructions and you cannot ever speak to a live person. Yet, I am constantly bombarded with ad emails to buy their premium vibes. No way.

The app is awful. It only sporadically connects. It's been 3 years and they still haven't improved it. You can set favorites, but it doesn't default to them so I have to set the time and intensity I want every time. The scheduling works occasionally, but is not at all reliable. On top of that, I paid $350 for this. Any new features they add are locked behind a subscription service. Fix what you have and add features that everyone who has put up with this can use.
