Customer support was unhelpful and failed to resolve the issue promptly. The service feels unreliable and poorly managed. I strongly recommend comparing prices yourself and purchasing insurance directly from the insurer instead of using this platform. Avoid this app for insurance purchases to prevent unnecessary stress and delays.

Just spent 700+ on insurance but there's no bill, no active or pending forms showing in the app and opening support tickets is bugged. Trying to contact them via WhatsApp shows that they're not on WhatsApp. Did I just get rubber?!

Great app. Great deals Easy to use, and the great thing is you pay for the insurance instantly, and it is issued immediately, not like other websites. You can also compare the fees with other different providers at the same time, and choose the best for you.
