cant open the app anymore the 《agree to policy》square you have to check is at the very bottom of the screen and i can't check it because of the placement. So i cant log in. now that i found a way i don't receive the confirmation code via email, even in the junk folder

I am struggling so much with registering on the app. It won't accept the verification code it just sent me or it will ask me to make a password that I have already entered! please.can someone contact me and help!
