HelloFit Pro is a health app that needs to be used with our watch.
Key functions include displaying health data and smart device management assistant.
Functions include heart rate, sleep time, step counting, calorie monitoring, alarm clock, sedentary time, incoming call and message reminders, etc. The heart rate, blood oxygen and other detection functions of this application are not suitable for medical use and are only designed for general fitness and health purposes.

Because of this app software (and GS Fit) I can't use the JAUA JZ09 or Watch R. Upon initial installation, you must NEVER close the app, or turn off your Bluetooth or power off your phone. The moment any one of those 3 happens, notifications no longer come through to the watch. The ONLY solution (and yes I went back to Vodacom) is uninstalling the app and binding the watch as if brand new... every single time.

I have been trying to create an account on this app for hours now, and it's giving me an error saying that my password essentially does not meet the minimum requirements. please help me because I can't use my watch like this.

watch does not stay connected all the time. I'll have to reconnect manually, sometimes refuses to connect.
