Lots of missing features in the app, it's basically only useful for communication. Everything else you'll have to use the website. Overall the service has a lot of missing features, they nickel and dime you for every upgrade, and some of their design decisions are straight up mysterious. Reached out because they double-billed my client and they basically told me, "sorry that's just how it works." Moving my clients to another platform.

Very basic features missing like being able to move sections or share custom exercises with my team of trainers. The website offers way more robust functionality. Yet when I try to log in through the browser on my mobile device, it throws an error and forces me to use the app instead. The only thing the app is good for is quickly peeking at workouts you've already designed. Being forced to use it means you essentially can NOT program or edit workouts on a mobile device.

Love using this app. The support team has a quick response time and has been great to work with. they frequently provide user friendly updates that are requested.
