I've been trying to get in the app for two days and paid for a year and can't get nothing from the app , well I never got in the app at all very very upsetting

I sent my son an invite, he's 12 it's asking him to pay when this stupid app has already taken over $100 from my bank account. I'm trying to get my money back into my account working with my bank. THIS APP IS A TOTAL RIP OFF!! I wouldn't even give it 1 star it's a 0!! It sucks don't waste your time or money. Notice they only post the good reviews not the bad ones.
