Dahmakan provides an outstanding service to it's customer with convenient, safe, and unique home-cooked meals options. Price is not ideal to general users, although benefits provided from the SELECT membership is fair. The app UI is a little frustrating at times and lack standard features. Ex. When clicked on a food to order, you can't cancel but forced to add to cart. Users can't change "deals" back to a single dish in the add to cart section, hence having to restart everything.

I don't know why I keep giving them chances. Multiple times my orders had been cancelled at the last minute. There is literally only 4 past orders in my order history and 3 of them had cancelations (either complete cancelations or I ordered 2 items but only received 1 while the other was cancelled). The delivery is never on time. I live in Tropicana and their kitchen is also in Tropicana but still receive late everytime. Sometimes my food even arrives cold. I'm done with this.

I ordered Mac & Cheese, but it looked nothing like the picture. The photo showed a full paper bowl, but I got a small square box with a tiny portion — not even one proper layer! Totally not worth the price and quite disappointing 💔 The app looks great with many promos, but the actual portion and pricing don’t match. You’ve lost one potential repeat customer 🥲 Hope Pop Meal can improve this.
