Ratings and reviews

This is my first time trying to use the app. The design, options, & navigation are excellent. It's when I attempt to like/love an item it takes me back to the last item seen. I keep trying to repeat the process so I can save items I find, yet the issue continues nonstop repeatedly, then quits working & restarts. I've been on the app for approx 8 minutes & it has crashed on me at least 6 times; So I can't give it more than 3⭐for design & a 0 for usability.

You can't even accurately describe items for sale because the ads have VERY strict character limits. For example, "Simmons Bassinet" is too long to fit in the title & the description's character limit is so short I can't list all the features of the item. Very disappointed in this app, will be uninstalling unless they can fix these issues. How can we sell things if we can't even give detailed descriptions of the stuff we're trying to sell?

Your description reads"easily" and"simple" but even your description of the app is confusing. You refer to the name of app so many times and reference"how to" instructions that aren't simple at all. It's nice you don't charge fees but maybe you should and get more staff to walk you thru exactly what the definition of easily & simple is. All the while reading about this app i knew after a couple sentences I wouldn't enjoy listing or browsing ... You need to use the app yourself, you'll see.
