The East Bay Paratransit contactless payment app has arrived. It’s the easiest way to pay for your trips in advance and eliminates the need for paper tickets or cash, nor requires riders to show their smart phones as they board! The EBP App offers helpful features for riders and their families see upcoming trips and choose which trips to pay for.

East Bay Paratransit is a public transit service for people who are unable to use regular buses or trains, like those operated by AC Transit and BART, because of a disability or a disabling health condition. East Bay Paratransit transports eligible riders from their origin to their destination in vans equipped with a wheelchair lift. East Bay Paratransit was established by AC Transit and BART to meet requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Ratings and reviews

Good app. I wish they would develop the app a bit more to include bus GPS. That way I can see where the bus is, like Uber. Also, it would be great if we could make an appointment on the app, instead of calling into the center. Maybe it could be a request email?

I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling the app every other day or so.. It's a little annoying. It's a great tool when it's working properly 🤔😕
