Ratings and reviews

Just like the current watch market, this app is unstable garbage. It crashes frequently, your account on the app doesn't seem to sync with your account on the computer, images frequently don't display properly, and overall it's just a clunky experience. I like watchbox as a company and this app has potential, but right now it's not great.

Cool concept and has big potential, however it doesn't cater to the people who can only afford watches that are $100-$1000. Only has the super luxury brands as options to add to your "collection" but nothing from easily reputable and attainable brands like the top sellers at jewelry and watch stores. More people own/buy Citizens, Bulovas, and Seikos more than any other brand on this app and I see no option to add a watch manually to my "collection"

Love the variety of watches that are on here. Somewhat affordable and holds a lot of history. I will be a top customer purchasing product from here.
