Ambivalent about this. The app allows calorie counting but varies widely when searching for food. When I use the barcode scanner, it will not allow me to add the food unless I subscribe with a monthly fee. If I then search for the item, it frequently will not show up under the search results even though I use the exact title that the barcode resulted in. Overall, useful but you need to add individual items instead of a finished food (e.g.: Reuben sandwich vs individual components).

The app is very convenient to use, but it needs some work. Examples: I scanned a barcode on a bottle of fair life milk and the nutrition info that came from that was wildly off, very inaccurate according to the actual nutritional label on the bottle of milk. However, when I took a picture of the bottle instead of a barcode scan, every single nutritional value the app recorded was accurate. Also, we need to be able to edit the individual values and ingredients generated from food pics.

Insubscribed for the 3 day free trial. I looked through it and with 24 hours I emailed appediet to cancel my subscription. I also sent a message in the app. I see that this is an issue they have not resolved, according to other users. They take you information and then they charge you anyway. I donot recommend this App. Not worth the hassle to get your money back !
