Glidely is a calm, private GLP-1 tracker for weekly shots and daily doses. Log a dose in two taps, rotate injection sites, follow your weight and side effects, and see an educational estimate of your medication level — with no account, no sign-in and no ads.
LOGGING IS FREE AND UNLIMITED
• Shot log: dose, date, time, injection site and a note. No cap on entries, ever.
• Next-dose countdown and a dose-day reminder (plus an optional heads-up the evening before).
• Injection-site rotation: a body map shows which sites you used this week and suggests the next one.
• Weight tracker with your trend, total change, percent lost and weekly rate.
• Side-effect log: nausea, fatigue, constipation and more, with mild / moderate / severe.
• Protein and water counters with daily goals.
• Estimated medication level for the last 30 days, based on published half-life values and your own doses.
• Back up everything to a file you keep, and restore it on a new phone.
