Been using the app for over a year now. it was great the first 6 months or so, no issues withdrawing money. However the last 2 times I've tried to withdraw anything over $25 with instant it says there was an error, returns the money to the app and removes my bank information and that attempt counts towards your cash out limit even though you don't get your money.

Hi Ross, thanks for the feedback. For any failed cash outs, bank info is removed and limits are in place for the security of accounts. I'm seeing the ones that failed becuase because your bank isn't accepting the instant cash out types. I'll reach out to you and see what we can do to help make sure there are no hiccups with your cash outs.

my company had this app and it's great. He switched to Apruve and I miss applause. he said he switched because people could tip us with Google pay and that we would keep all our tip because applause takes 15%. he also said that he didn't want to sign up for a yr again but I could cash out whenever I wanted but not with with Apruve.
