About this app

MedAlert helps you stay on top of your medications — without the clutter, confusion, or subscription fees.

Designed for seniors and anyone who wants simplicity.
Large text. Large buttons. One screen that tells you exactly what to do.

TODAY SCREEN
Open the app and instantly see your medications sorted into three clear groups:
• Overdue — needs your attention now
• Upcoming — scheduled later today
• Taken — already confirmed

Tap "Took it" and the dose moves to Taken immediately. No extra steps, no menus.

FULL HISTORY
Switch to the History tab to see every medication you've added, with a complete day-by-day log of taken, missed, and upcoming doses.

SIMPLE SETUP
Adding a medication takes under two minutes:
• Enter the name and dose (e.g. "Aspirin — 1 tablet")
• Pick one, two, or three times per day
• Choose which days of the week
• Pick a colour and icon to tell them apart

MISSED DOSE DETECTION
If a dose goes unconfirmed for more than an hour, MedAlert automatically marks it as missed so your history stays accurate.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No login. No health data leaves your device. Your medications and history are stored locally and never uploaded anywhere.

MedAlert is completely free to use, supported by small banner ads.

MedAlert is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
