I intended to book tickets for 16th August, but due to a technical error on your platform, the system processed the booking for 15th August for a show that had already started. I contacted support immediately, but my request for a refund was denied. BookMyShow platform blocks bookings for shows that have already started. Fact that your system allowed a transaction for an expired showtime clearly points to a technical glitch on your end.Expecting a customer to bear the financial cost.

they put bot review and don't use it. they charge cancellation fees without informing you during booking. I also tried to reschedule my bookings because I have some urgent plan and they don't help me, they also not cancelling it with full refund... they are not helpful , even the agent Zainab close the chat within one min of inactive and I have to restart the chat with low grade AI which can't help. the agent and AI both sound the same... so don't use it..

Lost money for no fault of mine. So if there is any interference while using the the app (e.g. a phone call) it comes back to the booking page but then glitches and changes the date of the booking. So basically you can retain the seat selections and F&B selections but fail to retain the date originally selected.
