Very disappointing experience with the District app. Prices fluctuate constantly, and the same ticket or service can become much more expensive within a short time without any clear explanation. It feels unfair and confusing. The app is also slow at times, and customer support is not very helpful when issues arise. Overall, the experience is frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend it until the pricing becomes more transparent and reliable. pls i am requesting to everyone pls uninstall it 🤬🤬🤮🤮

Add Cancellation option too, if a customer books it then add also a cancellation option, You can limit it by giving time bound, but please add it like you can cancel it within 1 hour or something, but please add it, due to that feature not available, I rate you low... Please Do So!!!

The offer looked attractive, so I booked via District for the 50% discount and DineCoins cashback. However, I was surprised by a ₹600 convenience fee that was disclosed only at the payment stage. After doing the math, booking directly with the restaurant would have been cheaper. Charging a convenience fee is fair, but it should be displayed upfront during booking, not at checkout. Transparency is essential to build customer trust.
