Ratings and reviews

the app interface is great , everything about the app is fabulous , its vibe and experience , but I am not giving 5 star as there is no ratings available for movies . I have to visit its rival to see it. And sometimes , my tickets are book there as ratings of the movie is abailable there . If the ratings are available , I would give 5 🌟

This is by far the worst application I’ve ever used. Booking movie tickets through it is risky and unreliable. The app cannot be trusted, and the customer care team is completely ineffective when it comes to resolving issues. Overall, the application is useless, and the customer support team manages to be even more disappointing than the app itself. Zero rating!!!

They issued a coupon and later refused to honour it saying they have technical issue. When I asked for refund they refused initially and asked me to buy the venue ticket and get refund against it. After multiple discussion which lasted for 1.5 hr and spoiling the evening they agreed to refund that to without written commitment. Finally I got refund after however not at all reliable , buy at your own risk.
