Items were marked delivered but it didn't get delivered. Even after escalation they said they can't do anything about it as their logistics had verified the CCTV. When I asked for the same, they declined to provide. I reordered the same product and had the same issue. Basically i ended up paying twice for the same product and didn't get it even once. Even otherwise, the UX sucks. The process of returning items is complex too. I prefer Myntra or do offline shopping instead

Items were marked delivered . All clothes are of very affordable and reasonable prices, although quality also far better than Offline Or any other market products as well. I always used to do shopping from this particular app...

The app does not function properly. No discounts or coupons get applied. I tried it on both my mobile and desktop. Even contacted the customer care and they asked me to share the screenshot. I shared the screenshots immediately but there was no response from them and when I contacted customer care they said nothing can be done just wait for the reply. I just installed the app as the items were not available on the store. Will not be using the app again.
