The worst experience I ever had.Dont deserve even one star.Placed order,it was showing shipped,in-transit but item was not received.I was calling customer care always!! They were asking to wait for 3-4 days!!See we are planning our occasion based on their delivery date, and these people don't value of time and money. After lots of calls and emails, got refund. But they didn't repaid the shipping and convenience fee. This is rubbish. Literally the worst!!! Thanks @Max Fashion for the nightmare!!

THE WORST SERVICE. I loved purchasing from Max Stores & this time I tried purchasing through the Max App. I placed my order on Apr 2 & made the payment online. Order was to be delivered by Apr 10 but got delayed. I've been contacting Max Service team & still haven't got the issue resolved. I am not able to cancel my order. I was asked to wait and now they say they need update from logistics team to cancel the order & initiate refund. I been waited for more than 2 weeks. I want full refund soon.

I was always shopping with Max. But for teh first time i ordered with the app, my order was not even packed for 5 days after placing it. I tried to write email to them for 3 days. But i didnt get any response until i cancelled the order . After being cancelled they responded and they didnt even bother to provide an explanation for the delay. really Disappointed in Max fashion service. Please priovide better service ro you are going to lose your customer with this behaviour.
