Lyme Symptom Tracker app is designed to empower you to take control of your symptoms and manage Lyme Disease efficiently.

Lyme Symptom Tracker will help you keep track of your Lyme Disease symptoms through the Lyme Disease Diary survey and monitor cognition and activity levels via active tasks. Your step counts are tracked using phone sensors and wearables. You can use the clinical trial finder in the app to find appropriate clinical trials.

You have the option to stop using the app at any time.

it's been helpful, but I wish there was a personal notes section. I've noticed it's helpful to keep a food diary and exercise and experience journal and being able to compare it with the symptoms would be most beneficial. time stamps next to symptoms might help too. overall I'm glad I've got it.

Needs a customisable symptom chart so we each can look over our symptoms in comparison with, say, averages... (or at least to show our doctors our monthly symptom charts, like many of us have done by pens/pencils for decades!) and a section to write a diary type entry.. but otherwise this is a MUCH NEEDED tool for tracking the patient's story of living with BorreliaEtc. Thank you GLA, thank you TrialX. There's only room to improve and grow from here!
