Ratings and reviews

This app is a nightmare. It starts in the background even when it's been forced stopped and turns on location services in the process. It's a battery drainer and needs to be uninstalled so it's not controlling your phone and draining the battery. Get rid there are better radio apps than this that don't drain your battery without you knowing it.

I like using this but regularly get drop outs or pauses in the music. I'll open my phone to try and get it to continue playing and there is an ad screen and I can't get to the controls. Then need to close the app and reopen it. It would be better if the controls were always available

There's an issue with ABC Radio National where it repeats or skips sections. Many people have complained about this issue, but Radio Australia repeatedly blames the ABC streaming service! Another customer complaint about this app. is the persistent and invasive adds. Personally, I haven't encountered this problem to any great extent. I have given up on Radio Australia app. and downloaded Radio App. This app. streams RN perfectly and has no adds at all!!!
