I'm having trouble sending out invoices customers are not receiving them I checked everything on my site and I can figure out what is going on can anyone help with this problem please. Customers are not happy with them not getting a invoices for what they pay and it's not good for my company as well. I figured this was going to be a free app but if I need to pay if I can get guidance on where to go and pay for it.

I think it's a great app easy to use. I can't figure out how to remove the withholding tax? All my invoices have a 6% withholding tax on them. I have to try and explain to customers to ignore the withholding tax and it's messing up my tax info.

Items do not show on invoice after much time typing in. Then if you need to review notes when the app is minimized you lose everything you just input.
