Welcome to Approved Admissions, your trusted HIPAA-compliant companion for eligibility verification and tracking of insurance coverage changes for your patients!
With this app, you can verify benefits on your mobile device and be alerted when there is an unexpected change in the insurance policy, for example, an HMO policy being added for a Medicare patient or a Medicaid coverage being switched to Managed Medicaid.

All results all the time. Take the verifications you’ve made with you on the go. The app will keep completed verifications in-sync and store them in a HIPAA-compliant encrypted storage on device.

We designed our app so it’s easy to use, without a lengthy manual or training necessary to get going.
How do I start?
You need to have an account on Approved Admissions platform (www.approvedadmissions.com).
If you already have one, simply login using your existing username and password.
