Ratings and reviews

Yes it works to see your remaining balance and data / minutes. BUT : - It uses crazy amount of data ! - For Prepaid absolutely no way to track history of balance spending (so when amount goes down, it's just guessing for the cause...). - Limited to German play store. So not possible to download for travelers. - Poor usage of screen area (you need to switch views to see separately your data, SMS and voice current status while the screen is nearly empty...).

Update: now I can't even top up my prepaid balance over the app. It's so bad. The only telephony app that I have used over the years that has consistently logged me out of the app after every use even though I clicked "Stay Logged In". And every time I want to log in, it asks me again for my cookie preferences. I don't understand how the infrastructure is built, but this is very poor user experience. Also, it seems like not every option is bookable or manageable from the app itself.

vodafone in Germany the worst and the most stupid brand I've ever come across. They are a bunch of fraudsters and scammers.. I buy a "no contract" vodafone sim card call-ya from a local supermarket to use for Internet only to realise the meinVodafone app cannot register the sim card. I go to the office, they say since I bought it at a supermarket they cannot register it, and they refer me back to the meinVodafone app. its been almost two days and I'm in a merry go round.. very frustrated
