Just pay online, I finally uninstalled after trying to log in a million times!! So frustrating!! I finally created a username and password online, but the app asks for email or phone, not username AND the password line in the app does not have enough character spaces to use the password I created online. So the app just keeps giving me an error message saying that my account already exists if I try to create a new one. Literally the worst app I have ever used!

This app is misleading when it comes to making early payments cause I paid more than half of what I owed then when my payment was scheduled and it still took out the full amount and when I called customer service they said basically yeah don't trust the app you still have to make your full amount payments even though you paid all your money towards it.

Snap finance is still ripping people off. I did a 100 day same as cash, only to find out I have to pay an additional 75.00 for doing the 100 days same as cash... Same as cash means that you pay the same amount as you would if you payed in cash. They claim only certain stores do the additional fee, but they don't or won't tell you upfront so that the customer can make an informed decision on if they want to complete the transaction or not. I find what they are doing to be very scammish like.
