Hands down one of the scummiest practices I've ever had the first hand experiencing. Using rent to own to charge over 130% interest apr if you don't call them to do 100 day pay off. The app doesn't update payment plans and I think the pay off is broken as I've paid $880 into a $756 loan and the app says to pay $309 more to pay it off. Bad app, bad company, bad business model. A true sign we live in a dystopia.

Just pay online, I finally uninstalled after trying to log in a million times!! So frustrating!! I finally created a username and password online, but the app asks for email or phone, not username AND the password line in the app does not have enough character spaces to use the password I created online. So the app just keeps giving me an error message saying that my account already exists if I try to create a new one. Literally the worst app I have ever used!

This app is misleading when it comes to making early payments cause I paid more than half of what I owed then when my payment was scheduled and it still took out the full amount and when I called customer service they said basically yeah don't trust the app you still have to make your full amount payments even though you paid all your money towards it.
