About this app

Anxiety Tracker

Track, analyze and manage your anxiety levels with this integrated mental health utility application. If you suffer from Generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, stress, or any other anxiety disorder, or if you're prone to frequent panic attacks or anxiety attacks, Anxiety Tracker can help you gain more insight into your mental health and daily mood, stress, and happiness.

Anxiety Levels

Anxiety tracker allows you to complete daily anxiety check-ins using the GAD-7 test to keep a record of your daily anxiety level and mood. This uses a score out of 21 calculated by the test, allowing you to visualize changes in your mood and feelings of anxiety.

Panic Attacks

If you're having a panic attack or anxiety attack, log your symptoms and take notes on how you were feeling during, and leading up to the attack, as well as note any potential triggers for the attack. This will help you to predict and prepare for panic attacks in the future by becoming more aware of feelings of stress, depression, or anxiety before the attack happens, while allowing you to avoid potential triggers!

Positivity Journal

Log positive events for your mental health, with the free positivity journal feature! Gratitude Journaling can help you appreciate the positive experiences in your life and has proven benefits for mental health.

Use Anxiety Tracker's comprehensive analysis page to analyse your anxiety, gratitude, panic attack, and medication data, then use this analysis to better manage your mental health over time.

It's not a bad app, but it could also use improvements. My biggest gripe rn is that if I write over a certain amount of characters for notes in an anxiety log, it's cut off when I go to view it later. Now I don't think you should add a character limit, but you should add the ability to scroll to read all of the notes. Also a widget to directly add an anxiety or positivity log would be pretty cool

I love this app! As someone who's spent time looking for the best mood trackers, this is definitely one of the best for anxiety. It's quick and easy to whip out your phone and spend a minute or two recording your anxiety. I highly suggest it if you're looking for something quick and easy to use. There is a premium version that comes with an analysis feature, but I don't use it Something I would improve: I would love it if the slider wasn't fixed on only four levels (none, mild, moderate, severe)

No other app like it. Worth the download. I wish they had a single button for yes no. Push it for yes and leave it blank for no. I also would like to customize what questions it asks, for instance being able to select a select amount of questions from a large list in the settings. This would be fine even if these options were behind the premium version. Great job guys behind the app. Keep updating it.

Thanks for the kind words. The questionnaire is prebuilt. Do you feel like there are too many questions to answer, or are you finding done if then unnecessary for your use case?
