About this app

WorkerXpert is a specific exchange to link Caterers with Independent Contractors / Service Providers in Hospitality industry. Workers can sign up for WorkerXpert app so that they will be shown / available to the caterers in CaterXpert to hire. Caterers will schedule the workers for their events after rates negotiation with workers. Workers can see his/her schedules of all the caterers at a time by login to this WorkerXpert app. Also they can create their Availability and Exceptions using this app.

UX for this app is terrible and glitchy. I work events, so I have a huge offer list of events for the year listed vertically, and anytime I go into one to look at the details, or anytime I accept a new event, the app automatically scrolls me back to the top of the list. So I have to continuously scroll back down through months of events to find the one I want. It's ridiculous. There should also be a calendar view for offer lists, as well as for accepted events. Awful + notifications don't work.

It's overall pretty good. But my schedule doesn't save right sometimes, it wouldn't let me schedule Saturdays for some odd reasons too, and the map link would sometimes take me to a different address than what is in the app.

Somehow the app gets worse every time it's updated. Now you can't deny an offer without being forced to create an exception. Nobody asked for this feature. Instead of fixing the glaring crashing issues or putting in the most basic quality of life fixes, you made it even more difficult to use the app. Congratulations
