WorkerXpert is a specific exchange to link Caterers with Independent Contractors / Service Providers in Hospitality industry. Workers can sign up for WorkerXpert app so that they will be shown / available to the caterers in CaterXpert to hire. Caterers will schedule the workers for their events after rates negotiation with workers. Workers can see his/her schedules of all the caterers at a time by login to this WorkerXpert app. Also they can create their Availability and Exceptions using this app.

very slow to load info. time consuming ; you have to manually change click and save every move you make and after all that you need to double check if it saved any of the information and changes you made. booking jobs is a nightmare as if there are changes you need to re-save the dates on the calendar again. Also it crashes constantly!

UX for this app is terrible and glitchy. I work events, so I have a huge offer list of events for the year listed vertically, and anytime I go into one to look at the details, or anytime I accept a new event, the app automatically scrolls me back to the top of the list. So I have to continuously scroll back down through months of events to find the one I want. It's ridiculous. There should also be a calendar view for offer lists, as well as for accepted events. Awful + notifications don't work.

My employer decided to recently use this app and its completely unreliable app i thinl it has a bug or something it supposedly dosent work for androids
