As design concept "the looks", yes it is nice and modern-y. however as user-interface, i still face issues and there are many issues like, where to find the services I Need, or find the cards I have, or control the cards. It took me a while to know where the transfers and how they are done. There are many steps to be done to find it. while the older app, needed some asthetic make over, it was simpler than the new one. The New app lags, and takes a good while to load with each click.

I am giving this a 1 star rating because the face match works maybe 30% of the time! I urge you to reconsider the face match id check when changing settings, it's so frustrating to have to do it every time I want to check my virtual card, at least have the option to change it in favor of confirmation with fingerprint ID, or via an OTP.

very bad app compared to the existing one, not user friendly, complicated and impose unnecessary additional burden. the current App is much better than this one and if this becomes obligatory and replaces the existing one,then I have no other option but to transfer my account and my family's accounts to another bank
