the app crashes after a while without doing anything, it stops seeing the vacuum cleaner - just shows it offline. if reseting and trying to add the device again, it says Device Timeout. the wifi is 2.4 so I cannot understand why the sudden lost of information..the vacuum only works without app but loses any map configuration such as forbidden areas. pls do something about it.

After using it for a few months I stumbled upon a few issues. However it seems some of them were resolved. Now I was able to switch to the saved version, of the flat's map. The same with splitting rooms into the smaller sections. Finally it's possible to assign a separate room to bathroom area, which previously was seemingly too small.

The App set up was easy and use but I have experienced a couple of issues. Sometimes the app records where the robot vacuum cleaner has been, if the phone screen goes off it loses the map, you don't get the full map until it's finished cleaning, also you can't send the vacuum cleaner to it's home base from the app if you want to stop a clean before it's finished it's cycle, this needs adding.
